They did amazing job very details & understood the needs of the customer!!

I called Absolute Exterminating Services and they came out immediately. I was surprise to see that type of response being that other companies weren't available to come out for a couple of days. The service was phenomenal and professional!

I did a google search of best termite company's in my area and Absolute Exterminating company was listed. I then put in my information to have a company contact me and within an hour, Calvin, from Absolute Exterminating contacted me and we scheduled an appointment to complete a free estimate that same day. First off, I was impressed because I noticed that when describing my termite situation to Calvin over the phone he was very professional and informative about different options that he could present to me when he came to do the estimate. Once Calvin arrived, he was very competent and knowledgeable and provided me with a plethora of information about termites so much that I feel like I can teach a termite class myself now (Lol)! He was also able to answer all of my questions and even provided me with some wise and honest advice regarding how to best handle my termite situation. Once I made my decision to utilize Absolute, Calvin and his wife, completed installing Advanced Termite Bait Stations all around my property and drill treated my slab. I even decided to leave my current franchised named exterminating company and utilize Absolute Exterminating to do my pest control treatments as well. Calvin not only treated the inside and outside of my home for pest, but sealed off certain entry points where pest could get in and cleaned away all spider webs and dirt that he came across leaving my home with a new and clean smell and look, which no exterminating company has ever done for me! To put the icing on the cake he gave me 2 cakes as token of customer appreciation for utilizing his company!!!! I have attached some pictures to see the AWESOME job Calvin did and I would without a doubt HIGHLY recommend Absolute Exterminating as they are professional, knowledgeable, honest and most of all affordable! Absolute Exterminating Services has the reviews they do for a reason. They're professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and care about their customers. Calvin is awesome and he really educates you on the issues you're having and how to prevent them further. I have a partner that has an extremely low tolerance for pests and Calvin was able to come that same day. He took his time examining our interior and exterior where he explained he believes in stopping pests at their source. Update: about 4 days later, we saw another pest and I texted Calvin after hours to update him. He was at our residence in a matter of minutes to address our concerns. This team goes the extra mile. Needless to say he has a long lasting customer. Always choose Absolute Exterminating Services.

I called Absolute on Tuesday and Calvin came out the next day. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. He gave me tips and tricks to keep my pest problem away. I have never encountered a pest control service like this. Black owned and top notched!!! I will definitely be using him in the future.

Calvin and Derek were so pleasant, so professional, and so thorough. They called to let me know they were on the way, and when they arrived they got straight to work. They explained exactly what they were doing and at the end Calvin recapped everything. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.

Calvin was absolutely wonderful, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain things to me that I hadn't known were issues, he seems to really care about his clients and their happiness in regard to the job being done right the first time. If you need anyone in regard to pest control I highly highly recommend this company, Calvin was just awesome and definitely helped with my issues!!!! The home that we are staying in has a builders gap that is never been fixed before, and upon gaining the knowledge of this we understand now how the squirrels were getting into the attic, never in 1 million years would I have guessed that it was some thing so simple as a builders gap. Calvin did bait and traps for the squirrels and hopefully will be back for the seal/exclusion.

Treated the house for pest control. I think they went above and beyond what any pest control service I've ever seen. I called yesterday, and he was out today! They got to work the second they got here, and gave me more than just information, gave me hope.

I called Absolute Exterminating and the service and experience was exceptional, to say the least. They responded and came out the same day in the rain, on time, did a thorough inspection of the problem, took pictures of the inspected areas, and provided a quote. But more importantly, we were treated like family from the first phone call and visit and the care and concern is truly genuine. If I could rate this company higher. I would, and I'm pretty tough. Since hiring them I have peace of mind. I am so thankful that I made the decision to go with them. They did not disappoint and even exceeded my expectations! It's rare to find a company with this work ethic and attention to detail. They are the real deal.

Calvin and his crew (Sam) put the 'P' in Professionalism. I told them I had a roach issue and pulled out a handbook on what type of roaches I had and educated me. You can tell from someone who just treats their work as job Vs. a Passion. They even cleaned the corners of my oven and Fridge. Also sealed up cracks. Too good to be true.

Calvin is awesome. I was having a roach visitation every night, and I called Calvin. He came quickly and did an inspection. He and his son even cleaned the sides of my stove where food was stuck (it was really gross). The treatment they performed was really effective and they came back every month for a reasonable price. Now I never see a live roach and only a dead one that came in from outside once a month or less. I highly recommend this business for price, effectiveness, and caring work with a great personality!
